Personal Care Membership

Many people know support exists but do not reach out until they feel overwhelmed, isolated, or burnt out. Stillwell offers regular, proactive human contact based around one simple question: "Are you OK?"

Who is it for?

Stillwell is available to adults aged 18+ who would value:
• Regular contact from someone genuinely interested in their wellbeing
• A confidential space to talk about how life is going
• Help recognising pressures before they become overwhelming
• Encouragement with healthier routines and manageable goals
• Support finding appropriate services or resources to enable you to thrive
• The reassurance that someone will proactively check in

Members do not need to be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. The membership supports everyday wellbeing, connection, and prevention.

What members receive

• One scheduled 15-minute wellbeing check-in each month
• Contact from a named Stillwell wellbeing practitioner
• A short monthly wellbeing pulse assessment
• A supportive conversation about what is going well and what is difficult
• Help agreeing realistic actions for the month ahead
• Relevant resources and appropriate signposting
• Confidential, securely managed membership records
• Telephone or secure video appointments, booked in advance

Joining Stillwell Club means that someone takes the time to check in with you. We do not wait until we are at crisis point but proactively discuss all of the things that could potentially cause us problems in the future, ensure a healthy approach to maintaining our resilience.
